Training and Consulting
Pauline H. Tesler is available on an hourly basis to consult with and mentor individual collaborative attorneys and collaborative practice groups and organizations, in person and via telephone. Groups of three or more can make use of consultant and mentoring services via "telephone bridge".
Improving collaborative practice skills
Dealing with difficulties between collaborative attorneys or within practice groups
Problem solving, troubleshooting, and mentoring regarding specific cases
Neutral first four-way "container-setting" and client education services
Clarifying practice group protocols
Consultation and program design to bring effective collaborative professional practice into communities lacking that resource
Training and consultation for collaborative attorneys and practice groups.
